Denholtz Associates, a New Jersey-based real estate development company, recently hosted its annual broker appreciation event to celebrate another successful year with the commercial real estate broker community of New Jersey.

In total, Denholtz Associates closed 307 transactions totaling approximately 1.3 million sf for the year. Held at the Highlawn Pavilion in West Orange, several prizes were raffled to those who attended. Raffle winners included Paul March of CB Richard Ellis, who won a 32" Samsung LCD HDTV; Jim Scancarella of CRESA Partners, who won an IPOD Touch; and Charles Parmelli of Colliers Houston, who won a Garmin Portable GPS system.
