Denholtz Associates Announces the Completion of Two Lease Agreements at 109,258 SF Flex Property in Piscataway, NJ

Denholtz Associates, a New Jersey-based real estate investment and development company, is pleased to announce the completion of two lease agreements at its 140 Ethel Road West flex property, located in Piscataway, New Jersey. Sigma Impex, Inc., a major wholesale supplier, recently signed a 9,800-square-foot lease extension, and Eshopic, Inc., an electronic retail company, signed an 11,200-square-foot lease expansion, bringing their square footage in the building to 22,400 square feet. “140 Ethel Road West’s accessibility and first-class amenities offer a unique opportunity for small businesses to grow and expand within the central New Jersey submarket,” stated Kristine B. Sigma Impex, Inc., will continue utilizing the space as its main headquarters in the U.S. Eshopic, Inc., which has expanded its operations for the second time this year, will continue to use its space at its New Jersey headquarters. Bernard Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented the tenant and the landlord in both transactions.
