Denholtz Associates Announces Lease with Pure Hockey/Comlax at Fairfield Business Center

MAY 18, 2010

Denholtz Associates, a New Jersey-based real estate investment and development company, is pleased to announce the recent completion of a seven-year lease with TSG Enterprises to open a 15,390-square-foot Pure Hockey/Comlax retail center in May at Fairfield Business Center, located at 343 Route 46 in Fairfield, NJ. Director of Leasing Steven Geltzeiler represented Denholtz Associates and Thomas Reilly, executive vice president for Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, represented the tenant.

“Although the real estate market has been relatively stagnant, we have seen some recent leasing activity that suggests things are looking up,” stated Geltzeiler. “We are delighted to be able to provide Pure Hockey/Comlax with the environment it needs to continue to grow and expand its operations in New Jersey, and we look forward to working with them in years to come."

Fairfield Business Center is an eight-building, 335,000-square-foot business campus located off Route 46 West, within close proximity to numerous hotels, conference centers, banks, restaurants and malls as well as Newark International and Caldwell Airport. The complex is easily accessible by the Garden State Parkway, Interstates 80, 280 and 287, and the George Washington Bridge and Lincoln and Holland tunnels for access to or from New York City. Lakeland Bus Lines, which serves Northern New Jersey and midtown and downtown Manhattan, also stops at the complex, offering tenants convenient commuter service into New York City and Northern New Jersey.
